I too like their expressions. They do not fear you and seem to be expecting you to feed them. What goodies are you handing out to the forest critters in order to get these terrific photos?

Kate - I like the side lighting, offering a bright spot on each deer's neck and on spots of snow. With the ground cover peeking through the snow, there is a pastoral tone. You have the deers' attention! Very nice photo! Thad
