The colours of summer are warm and welcoming. With their lively, joyous spectrum, they can instantly perk up the mood of anybody....This scene was photographed in Scotland....Please enjoy.
Beautiful and rich in color. Another superb one by you. I do detect a bit of noise in the sky but this is outstanding in every other way. =^..^=

Your work always seems to have a somewhat dark look but so full of rich colour and vibrancy. Great command of composition and ability to read light. First class again Mick.
I think this is what we all strive to achieve Mick. You are perfect example that quality wins out over quanity everytime. If I ever figure out the quality, I will cut back on the quanity.
The colors are superb. As usual you timing was impeccable, which we all know is no accident.
Am completely lost for words ...
Too beautiful to be true but this is mostly the case in respect to all your amazing pics, dear Mick.
Congratulations and many many many many thanks !!!!
Mick, I always fight against the urge to post for the sake of posting. That's why I so look forward to your posts - you post about 1/10 as much as many of the people on my friends list, but EVERY one of them you do post is a work of art unto itself and this is no exception!
This is really well put together as always Mick, and I too knew who it was straight away. I like the horizontal bands leading back to the mountain and the detail you've got into the flowers in the foreground. Gives it a kind of 'hyper-real' look with lots of depth. Congratulations.
"Please enjoy", the man writes. Strikes me as a bit odd with respect to your posts, that "Please" to the viewer is required. I should think it is I who should be writing "Please keep posting these wonderful images of your beautiful Scotland.", which of course I've just done. I suppose breeding will out and all that sort of thing and being the gentleman you are, "Please" is a given ... eh ? :) But I digress ... Love the colors in this one which of course was your point in posting this. Nothing gets by this steel-trap mind of mine. With all that wonderful color up front, you wouldn't think I'd be fascinated with that spot of sunlight in the distance on the left side of the mountain. Well I was :) Thanks as always Mick for furnishing yet another treat for these old eyes.
How beautiful! The image is perfect in every way. I have faved this. Your gallery is just one big eyeful of wonderous beauty, Mick. I sure wish I knew how you get such sublime images. Maybe the inspiration comes from living in a beautiful countryside, but each one is a masterpiece.
Wonderful shot Mick! The colors are so brilliant and sharp! I like the wild flower mix in the foreground of the golden field. The layers of clouds and colors in the sky makes me wonder if it's going to rain or not.
