You're right of course ... the color contrast is most attractive ... but don't discount the way you composed this shot ... I think it goes a long way in making this image outstanding.

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.
The thumbnail above does not do the full size image justice, when fully opened, it truely shows its quality. there is much to view for eyes, like the sharpness and color on the foreground, and in the background the golden sky.
