The Waitaki River is is the major river of the Mackenzie Basin in the South Island of New Zealand.It is A braided river 110 km in length and drives a hydro power scheme featuring a series of dams and lakes. Such deep blues these are Lyn. I love them. The shadow from the cloud over a portion of the scene really adds atmosphere. Great post.
