Kia Ora Friends,
I photographed the little house in the woodland garden of a friend where she has a collection of them made by a friend of hers. They are lit from within and look delightful in the dark. You may be able to see the fallen leaves in the background which will give some idea of the small size of this garden ornament. It is made from pieces of coloured glass. My good friend sadly left us just a few weeks ago so this photo of one of her little houses is especially poignant for me.
May we all rejoice in the season and share happy times and memories with loved ones.

Edited in Corel PSP X. The holly and poinsettia are picture tubes built in to the programe . The inner frame is a plugin called AAA Frameworks from 8bf plugins. It was recommended to me by a senior caedes member years ago and I have used it ever since. It appears the download site no longer exists as the link on THIS page leads nowhere. I created the outer frame myself.

Nice presentation and tribute to your friend. To be honest, for me as I have gotten older, I have lost more friends as years as gone by. I know she's at peace yet sometimes I takes a bit to come to peace with that fact.
