I previously posted another photo of this beauty and mistakenly called it an Azalea. I have learned now that it is a unique Rhododendron developed at Glenfalloch Woodland Gardens, and named Glenfalloch Blue. Not surprisingly it has become very popular for its unusual colour and lovely glow.
