my very first cutest, sweetest sharp insect - a bug suspected of being .... Oh, please find out for yourselves its name. The series will continue because this happened to be a slowly moving one - even slower than snails !!!!

That's a Green Hump Back Tree Foofy Killer. Get it away from those blossoms as fast as you can. LOL. Pretty nice shooting, Marzena.

The detail is really good on this Marz. I talked to Chief Winnetau and he said it is the enemy of the Apache Nation. It eats the tents while they sleep. Hordes of them attack and eat the hides off buffalo and deer in mere minutes.

Although I don't know its name, I've seen them many times. They have wonderful golden green tones wich are even more wonderful when the sun is shining on them. Your image is a very good visualization of what I've just said Marzena. Although it's a great capture to me, I don't make a print of it, put it in a frame and place it on my wife's nightstand as I think she won't speak a word to me no more, lol!

Adult: A person who has stopped growing at both ends and is now growing in the middle.
In Virginia we call these June bugs! They are usually around for about 6 weeks. Children tie strings around one of the bug's legs and fly them like a kite.......please don't send violent responses! lol Not saying I approve.......it is just an FYI.

Great shot Marzena! Beautiful close up. I have so much fun taking pictures of insects. Getting a clear picture is hard because they are always moving. I like a bug that poses.
