Oh, yes, my dog lost in philosophical deliberations - he is very dirty here as he has been taking a rest in the middle of this deep puddle [=mud] - shot taken when he has been 3 - 3.5 years old [now he is almost 8 and almost twice the bulk - NO FAT !!!] Yours nostalgic SAM

Perhaps he is gazing into the future and seeing how his life would be with you SAM. He must have liked what he saw because he stuck around.

I have a white 9 month old puppy that loves playing in mud and mud puddles and adores eating coyote poop. I asked the vet if it was possible to have a retarded dog.
Eeyore appears to be having a ball as he admires the good looking dog in the reflection. You never said where you took the shot. I've heard of old inner tubes in lakes, but this is the first time I've seen a tire. I'll assume this is your backyard swimming pool. Very ritzy.

He appears to be fascinated with his image, SAM. There is a dog who roams our neighborhood whose name actually is Eeyore. He is a shetland sheepdog I think. It must be great to be able to let him off the leash. Cute shot.
