Well I've heard of silk, paper and plastic flowers but I've never heard of anyone making them out of wax before.

A good closeup on the riddle blooms SAM. Nice colours, details and textures in the photo.

I confirm :Hoya carnosa, the wax plant, is an Asclepiad species in the dogbane family (Apocynaceae).Nice shot Sam!

I think they are orchids SAM. Orchids come in all kinds of shapes and sizes. Nice and beautiful capture.

I checked what Christian (Bleizmor) has written. He is right they are Hoya Carnosa.
