The treatment of the tall trees gives an almost ominous appearance and very overwhelming, but the runner gives a human aspect that makes me feel safer. lol!

I like this very much SAM. The trees look very majestic and the runner adds extra interest and gives perspective. The absence of sun rays is noted but they are not missed :)
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
It looks very forbidding in the distance as some think bad is larking in the dark and the person is in a hurry to get away .nice photo and love sunlight and shadows in this photo plus spot on composition too.
My dearest SAM, I can only believe that in some way you are leading me down the garden path in an attempt to infiltrate my very biased attachment to this sort of natural setting, but then again I must admit, this kind of scenario does not need a lot of subterfuge to pull me in, I must say I do wish I was there to share this very romantic atmospheric scene with you!!!! and I disagree with some of the other Agents , what better way to be anom. than to stand out in red in such a beautiful green background, surely you are not trying to be secretive , are you ?
