Under normal circumstances this would look simply like a cluster of barn swallow mud nests attached to the bottom of a bridge, but au contraire, mon ami... it is the one and only Dakota Mud Choir. True, their melodies are a bit thick and sluggish, but they try so hard. [Sweetbriar Creek, south-central North Dakota--the last of my kayaking series for fall, 2023]

'Nik', it's a pity that Caedes can't provide us with sound.
Although they're rehearsing now, it would have been wonderful to hear the 'heavenly' sound of the Dakota Mud Choir.
Provide me with a ticket when they have their official performance.

PS: thought initially that it were mud nests of swallows, but your narrative have convinced me that my supposition wasn't true, 😁 .

If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins! Please CLICK HERE to see my journal! Feel free to save my images or to add them to your favorites.

I hope the choir perform the crowd movie favorites; Dancing with the Moths, Driving Miss Grasshopper, and Last Dragonfly!

I bet to hear it, it would be kinda eerie. Certainly unusual, but interesting at the same time. Thanks for sharing.
