well, i think it looks terrific. the house has a nice glow about it. the sky has very good depth. i think your shot selection is top notch. i can't wait for the tutorial. i keep taking three pictures, stacking them and getting very unexciting results.

You did Good with the HDR.
I've got a program called Corel Paint Shop Pro Ultimate Photo x2. Just upload your images, and it automatically layers them into an HDR Image. You can use 2,3,4 or 5 images.
This Image GRABBED my EYE. That's Why I Stopped By.

Oh boy, this talk is way over my head. I have a lot to learn yet. But I can tell you that this is a lovely shot. Nice colors and I like the long shadows from the chimney and trees.
Jen says she knows a professional photographer that likes to use a program called Bracateer for generating HDR images. I just Googled Bracateer and here is what I found. This link explains a lot. From what I see, it appears to me that Photomatix and Bracateer are about equal in results. Paste this link in the search box of your browser and check it out:
A beautiful shot of the old mansion Pat. I love the job your doing with the HHR. I took a few images yesterday and put em in my wifes Chevy HHR but they didn't turn out like this. Oh! Sorry! you said HDR, I didn't have my glasses on. Nevermind then.
The HDR works nicely for this old mansion scene. Saw a few of these homes when I was in Louisiana many a year ago ... very impressive & I've always enjoyed their southern charm. Beautiful work Pat.
