My good pal Randy (Hotrockin) took this picture with my Canon G9. We were sitting outside after super. The rest of the group had walked down to the Arch. That was too hard for me so I stayed behind and Randy stayed with me. I tried to get the camera to work in the dark but couldn't get any usable images out of it. Randy turned the flash off and fired away and then we started getting some decent images. I think Randy did a fine job with the little compact and no flash.

Like the arc over the captial building. The arc adds it's own frame to the photo. Tell Randy he did a great job with this.

You and Rocker did well with this one Owd Momma. I have seen this scene in person and it is a beautiful as you have shown. I believe it is the Old Capitol.

Momma & I sure had a pleasant time talkin' after dinner and checkin' out the scene!! The weather was super nice with mild temps and a soft breeze!! I learned a few things on the get together as I'm sure others did too. That little G9 sure is a gem of a camera, let me know when ya get tired of it Pat!!
