The size of these fish is hard to capture. They are over six feet long. From the Lied Jungle in the Henry Doorly Zoo.

No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.
The first time I saw one of these it was in a super-sized zoo aquarium, and I was not expecting this thing to float in from my peripheral vision. Made me jump a little in surprise. Glad you are still posting HDZ photo, Jeff. We were across the river last weekend but my wife was feeling lousy and the weather kind of sucked so we missed the zoo... this time. The good thing about Henry Doorly is that it's such a great place I'm sure it'll still be there the next time we come through, either later this year or next Spring.
