We took our nearly annual trip last week. We camp one night, take boats down the river the next day for about 24 miles, and then camp a second night before returning home. This was taken in the Fort Niobrara Wildlife Preserve near the start of our trip.

My son has "tubed" the Niobrara a number of times over the years (he lived in Sidney for a dozen of them), and has shared his photos and experiences with us. One of these years we'll have to bring our qajaqs down and experience it ourselves. Your shots make it most inviting, Jeff.

If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
