Hamburg has become a great attraction for tourists young and old lately. It is a real cosmopolitan city and has much to offer in way of sightseeing, entertainment, cuisine from all over the world etc. Here the "Louisiana Star" leaves the pier on a sightseeing tour of the harbour and surroundings. This is the same paddle steamer shown in my image Harbour Scene #2 a while ago.

I can see why it is becoming a tourist attraction. A beautiful riverboat to ride and that ever changing skyline. I feel a trip coming on.

I have to go to Hamburg to see a Mississippi steam boat? lol That's okay, I was in Cardiff, hoping to hear Welsh music in a restaurant and they were playing "Blue Bayou"! lol This is a beautiful boat and it makes quite a contrast against the city skyline, almost like an anachonism. Freat shot, Raj. The image is so clear.

Looks like a crisp clear day - great boat and you have shown us some of the background architecture with such clarity as well. The water looks a bit cold . . very well done.
Not what I would have expected to see in Hamburg :) But then I never expected to see a pipe band in full regalia playing Amazing Grace in Lucerne, but I did. The world is full of surprises :)
