You captured his dedication to grazing very well - he looks a contented beastie :)
A note of interest - a recent upload of mine "Lakeside Garden' it is a high country sheep station but they also have Highland Cattle. In earlier years visitors were able to ride on them - until the animal police put a stop to is (cattle appeared not to mind at all) So one of my very few claims to fame is that I once rode a Highland Bull :)
