Winter in Hamburg, Germany. The tourists' boats must wait till the ice melts. Another larger part of the lake is totally frozen and can be crossed on foot. (People are allowed on ice when it is minimum 20 cm thick)

It has to be pretty cold there. I would love to ride on one of those boats and see the city from the water. It is good that they keep people off the ice when it is not thick enough.
