Back in ancient times when I took a class in perspective drawing, this would have been the ideal example. Of course, the bend in the canal would have thrown us all into a tizzy, but could have somehow faked it.
Because I live in the middle of nowhere, I miss the opportunity to shoot cityscapes. The folks dining on the right and the traffic crossing the bridge show that this is a bustling metropolis.
Your choice of the colorful foreground and your use of lighting and contrast adds tremendous depth to the shot.
This is beautiful, Raj. I love the way the blues stand out, and the way the sunlight is hitting the buildings on the left. Cool sky, too. Excellent presentation!
So many things to look out and to also take in that beautiful view, looks like some really great places for some wine. Marvelous capture and really like the way you've made some of those colours really pop
