A stall selling sugared roasted almonds. You could get the sweet aroma from far away. This is a photo from last evening. The whole place was very crowded.

There's noting better to warm the sole than a bag of hot roasted almonds, chased down with a glass of Gluhwein, Raj. The Christmas markets across Germany and Austria (and Sud Tirol) are all very busy now with the holidays.

Roasted Almonds are one of my favorites. I always have some on hand. Looks like a fun time there, Raj. Very nice shot.

Life is a Constant Audition
No doubt a Christmas market in the plaza - there is a large one in downtown Chicago with over 150 stalls and all the sellers come from Germany. It's quite fascinating to visit and I remember how tasty the roasted almonds were - a nice evening shot Raj that brought back some memories!

As a kid I recall roasted chestnuts ... um delicious (o: Chuck us a large bag of roasted almonds through the digital 3rd dimension Raj, I pay you back in the new year honest!
