This old manor is now a hotel with a wonderful restaurant. I was driving by one early morning and stopped to take this shot just before the sun came up behind the tree tops.

All comments are most wellcome. I thank you in advance for taking the time. Always greatly appreciated!

Neat reflections, but, it does come across kinda busy with all the limbs in the foreground...sorry. Sweet structure beyond!!

I think it is very nice but do agree with Randy about being a bit busy. Such a grand looking place though with such nice reflections. I like the early morning feel to this one also.

I like this photo very much. The contrasts between the sky, house, grass, pond and the trees that have shed they're leaves is fantastic. Thanks for sharing this wonderful shot.

What a nice pastoral scene. Perfect light to render all the subtle details. You have done well to capture the crisp clean lines and textures. The one diagonal stem is a bit distracting, but not sure you could have done much about it. Nice work Susanne.

Inspiring composition. Beautiful lighting and atmosphere. I like the limbs, they are a veiled view that one could not see in another time of year.

When I first looked at this I thought it was too busy with all the trees! But now I have come back to it, I find it very appealing. I do like the contrast of colours here, and the reflections, and the sunrise is a bonus. Nice work. Lyn.

The color of the old manor house, the reflection in the water, the birch trees... all work together superbly. I would LOVE to stay in a place like that for a while!

I imagine a clear shot when the leaves are in their full glory would be impossible from this spot. The reflections on the glass like water are very impressive. Just a great post Susanne.

I think the house is a little too near the top of the picture and the leaning branch seems out of place. The trees in the foreground give it a hidden secret feel. Nice reflections.
