It´s not easy to see, but if you look closely you might see what´s hiding in there...

I am sorry for not having commented very much lately. I still am very busy and it´s hard to find the time. I hope things will be back to normal soon. Please bear with me until then.

All comments are most welcome. I thank you in advance for taking the time. Always greatly appreciated!

Think Jerome is right, must be a duck or a coot in a duck disguise, lol.
Love this simple, but very fine image Susanne.
Don't worry about commenting ( just because you said the same to me!)

It looks like but hard to see it as confused in the environment.
The picture looks so awesome; all ranges of brown till gold color are well represented.
Very well done.

Don't know...Hard to make out within the shadows and dark colors...If there's a "quackie" in there...then let the quackie make the decision to emerge...Oh sure...one could release dogs or even set the rushes aflame...but what does that accomplish? Evidently, the quackie is afraid of being hurt as well...I would imagine where the quackie originates from, hurt is also a regular thing...and boy, do I know how Hessians are!...I say leave the quackie be...Nice image capture...by the way...

I seem to see a little birdie on the reeds. But who knows what my eyes are imagining.lol I love the photo tho, especially the way the grasses are being blown along by a breeze. And the colours are clear and sharp. Nicely done. Verena

Susanne - Beautiful sweeping lines on this photo. The wind-swept grasses look nice against the cloudy sky. Thad

I believe it is the rare Moses Duck, Sefa. Great shot of the reeds and the grasses. The winter sky looks great and the curvature of the shoreline adds to this great scene.

Beautiful, Susanne. If this was in Louisiana there would definitely be redfish in the water around those reeds. Very nice image!!
