I think it looked great either way. It looks a little cleaner now, but the bud remains powerful.

I've had to do the same thing signing my name Susanne. There's no problem at all with that for me. And this bud is simply gorgeous!!! Wonderful textures and details showing through!!!

Hello Susanne, thanks for your explanation about your medical situation. We all know about that, and understand very well the reason that you can't comment on our images but gives us only your nick- or user-name. The priority is: your health!!!. Best wishes for that my friend.

Cloning out a leave in an image is the artistic freedom of any artist. I suppose that in this case the result has become better. Thanks for this fine image.

I too think this improves it but it was a wonderful image to begin with. I hope you are feeling stronger soon but meanwhile all of us understand your situation.

Both versions are wonderful to my eyes, Susanne. With or without the small green leaf the bud remains the focus of the image. Beautiful work & take care my friend. You are in my thoughts & prayers that you will feel stronger each & every day.

The dew on the bud almost looks photo-shopped. Nice shot!
