Here comes the sun and I say it's ok with me. I believe there is a song that goes something like that. Anyway I don't believe I did it justice, cause it seemed so much brighter as I stood there and took the shot.
Carol, you're right. The Beatles have performed the song Here Comes The Sun.
It's written by George Harrison and was released in September 1969 (Album: Abbey Road).
---------- Lyrics: Here comes the sun, Here comes the sun, and I say It's all right
Little darling, it's been a long cold lonely winter Little darling, it feels like years since it's been here Here comes the sun, Here comes the sun, and I say It's all right
Little darling, the smiles returning to the faces Little darling, it seems like years since it's been here Here comes the sun, Here comes the sun, and I say It's all right Sun, sun, sun, here it comes Sun, sun, sun, here it comes Sun, sun, sun, here it comes Sun, sun, sun, here it comes Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Little darling, I feel that ice is slowly melting Little darling, it seems like years since it's been clear Here comes the sun, Here comes the sun, and I say It's all right
Here comes the sun, Here comes the sun, and I say It's all right It's all right ---------- To me your capture is an excellent visualization of what George Harrison had in mind.
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!

I really like this one. The overall two-tone is good as well as the silhouette. The isolated trees give plenty of interest. I wonder if changing the sky so it becomes a true two-tone (yellow and brown) would improve it or not. Excellent work.
Carol its absolutely lovely and serene. The perfect representation of our star (see what I did there? ;o). The burn is fully expected and it allows everything else to come gradually into better view. As Louisiana Pat used to say, a keeper!
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
