A friends little boy by the water amazed at what he is seeing. I couldn't pass this pose up.

Carol, I would almost say: "A penny for his thoughts.". But I realize that this is a 'priceless' and precious shot, &128513; ! Lovely 'portrait'!!

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

I can't count the number of times I have seen these toddler absorptions of life, sort of a teaching moment for them that makes them pause in their often frenzied play. My sons, nieces and nephews, and grandchildren all did it (some still do, even a couple into their twenties!?!), and it is, in my eldest son's (15-year-old) voice (now 43), a way for us old farts to live vicariously through them.

A fun addition to your gallery, Carol.
