What a lovely vibrant post. Normally I do not like complicated frames but this suits the picture to perfection.
Beautiful work :)

now that frame is a piece of art on its own Johanna! very nice work! and I love the cacti - the contrast between the blue stones and the plants themselves is really pretty.

This image is almost 3-dimensional. Maybe it's the frame or the composition itself. I'm not sure. It really caught my eye. I love the purples and greens in it too.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Oh boy howdy, that frame is worth the whole upload, and I really like the treatment of the plants. I'm not too sure on the hue of the stones, but everything else about this photo rocks (pun intended..lol), Johanna :)

Marvelous capture of these cacti - the flowers are beauties too. I like those lovely rough rocks in the garden, and the variety of colours in this photo. The frame is striking and sets all the plants off in all their beauty. Gorgeous work Johanna :>

I need to catch up on things so can't comment too much. But I love all of your fine images. I might be lurking in the background :)

Very creative framing on this one. It really sets it off.

The photo seems a little cluttered for me, but I absolutely adore the frame!!!

I agree with the others about the frame. The photo is good but the frame is exceptional. I don’t know why but it really works well.
