Made in 2016 and queued with several others for posting on Caedes, but it never happened. Trying again to catch up.

Interesting that you would use the word Oil in the title. Coming from the Uber-clean air of North Dakota, in 1972, to a Navy Base in Southern California, it was probably more evident to me seeing the swirls of petrochemicals that rain had washed out of the air, now lying on the surface of rain puddles. It looked much like this image of yours, Sandra. It also harkens to what we might see, far out on a dark ocean, at night, when the fluke of a whale would pass through a large group of bioluminescent plankton. Absolutely beautiful, and I wish I could give it favorite status many times over.
