Bryce and Photoshop.

'Discovered' 4 October 2018.

Two 3D renders were used, and the underwater and reflection effect were created in Photoshop.

Though it's my creation, I say 'discovered' because it was in the same 2011 Photoshop file as Other Cities, which is 226MB with I dread to think how many layers, most hidden from view. Other Cities was the one I went with the time, but over the past few days I tried some of these forgotten layers.

I had no idea what might be lurking in the depths. :-)

It's still an oddity, but a pleasant one.

I like your blend, from top to bottom, of not only the structures but their focus. I can't decide if it looks like buildings under a thin cloud cover or a new kind of nuclear reactor pressure radiation tubes. It's quite the pleasing effect.
