While visiting the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki, this Gold Diadem (Crown) with a bust of Aphrodite, early 3rd c. BC, simply left me breathless. Thanks for viewing and commenting!
Vicki, in a lot of museums one isn't allowed to take photographs. You're a lucky person because you wasn't dealing with this problem. The photographic result of your visit to the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki is both impressive and breathtaking indeed, the more if one knows the story of Aphrodite behind it. Very well done (again), 👍 !
