I was lucky to catch this sunset, we were at a small church on a hill at the time, and I turned the corner and saw this ... totally unaware of this magnificent view ... sometimes you are just lucky coming across wonderful scenes ... always appreciate your comments...

This is a mesmerizing sunset scene with a dreamy appearance, Vicki.
To me humble opinion, capturing such a scene has nothing to do with luck, but with a combination of having an eye for such a scene (keen eyes), having a camera with you and photographic skills.
The result is wonderful. I enjoy your capture very much!
