At first I thought this was an island but I now see an abutment leading out from the right. I'm sure it has it's own drawbacks - every place does - but what a cool place that would be to live. I'm imagining this same shot, taken in early morning or late day, with strong side light making the contrast pop. Plus closer cropping, top and bottom, with the rest of the frame filled with black to give the contrast an anchor, making a panoramic view. Clipping the bottom would also remove the obvious beach waves, making it appear more of a full-water view. A thin horizontal line of color, pulled from the photo (the roof tiles, perhaps), just inside the black field, would finish it off. Just a thought, Andreea. But you can ignore my blathering, young lady, because it's an excellent shot as it is. :o) Thanks for sharing it with us. (And Montenegro was the very first thing that popped into my head!)
I've been there a few times, it's STUNNING! Very beautiful angle of the small peninsula. These are only hotels, I don't think there are private houses. And, great shot of all that!
