Feeling really whimsical today so I started out making a hat. Couldn't stop there so I made him some glasses. Wanted him to look well dressed so added the bow-tie and suit. He needed an umbrella to keep him dry from the shower of water drops. It makes me happy to look at it. I hope it will do that for you also.

Wonderful picture, Frank. You are so very talented. I really like the white drops on the blue background and the blue drops on the white background. I think you will be doing very well in the current contest with this excellent entry, but I bet if you converted it to black in white, you would do very well in the challenge, too.
