I picked a random guy image and focused on the midsection of the face. Began drawing a likeness from there. This is what I came up with. It was the intense expression that intrigued me.

I see Jack Nicholson, as Jack Torrance in The Shining. Now this guy, in your picture, could surely say, "Here's Johnny!" Be him Lecter or Torrance, you have one great piece of art.

Frank, you're right about the intense expression. It intrigues me as well. This, to me, unknown person is staring at me continuously, as if he will hypnotize me.
