Our rented cottage Haverigg Harbour..Don't let the blue sky fool you..Showers are frequent and heavy at the moment..A real nice cottage and the Harbour inn 100yards away.Just had soup,roast lamb dinner and cheesecake with ice cream dessert.£7.50 = $10 and it was lush..Hopeful to get to Wasdale tomorrow,However the forecast isnt good..Might be the Harbour inn again..Such is life...R.

That is about € 8.50! You won't get anything like that here for that price. Nice view of the cottages, canal and the boats.

Hi, Richie....
I just saw this beauty in the VB and probably would have given it an 8 or 9, but my eye kept going over to the large red "x" on the roof of the house on the right. In the VB view I couldn't tell what it was and now see that you were pointing out your cottage. I did something similar in a beautiful shot of the ocean where in large text I wrote, "My Shadow" with an arrow pointing to the shadow. I found that the voters don't share my sense of humor and don't have access to the narratives.
