Horizon 15 looks like a Playboy canoe Count B. I would say that is yours. The other must be for the bunnies. Scene is well composed with interest on the right and the notch in the horizon to guide your eyes. A keeper.
It's shots like this that make me happy to be a member in good (?) standing on Caedes, Richie. The shot's a beauty. The detail down to the smallest branch is astonishing. The colors are perfect as is the composition. I could stare at this scene for hours and not get bored. Great textures in your shot especially of the tree in the foreground.
I notice that we share a common problem with skies though. It warms my heart to see that a photographer of your caliber isn't perfect. I see two things in this sky that could come right out of one of my shots. Firstly, there's some weird cloning in the upper right with portions of the branch above the sky. Secondly, there must have been a good amount of noise. I use Noise Shampoo and get those odd looking layering like in the cloud at the top. Probably 99% of the people wouldn't notice such a small thing. But since I fight the same problem in my landscapes, I know where to look.
Those receding clouds into the distance are divine. The colors in the tree trunk are a delight to behold. I don't like the purple boat. It wants to steal the show. I would have changed the color on that one.
I really like this one a lot Richie, love the clarity on that tree too! Well done! Makes me want to break out the bolt cutters and go for a paddle in that beautiful scenery... (I happen to have my own canoe paddles!)
