Richie, I'm not a specialist when it becomes to birds. But I thought that a blackbird had a yellow/orange bill. Therefore I suppose that it is a female blackbird. In nature males have a finer appearance when compared with the females. Luckily in our human world it's on the contrary, 😁 .

I know we call them blackbirds but are the feathers actually black and we are just being tricked by our senses? I really enjoy watching these birds. They put on a good show. Good shot, Richie!
