Here we are on another Veterans Day still at war. My wish last year was peace on earth and it does not change this year. I chose the rainbow this year because somehow it represents a clenseing and purity. It was also a promise from God that he would not destroy the world with water again. I say we make it our symbol and promise that man will not destroy the world with his own pettiness and stupidity. Happy Veterans day to all of those who have served and thier families who gave so much while thier loved ones were gone.

So well said Billy: your words have my greatest respect. Only a fool can believe that war somehow creates peace. This has never been the case and never will. The sooner we wake up to the fact that this is simply propaganda, that serves only ego and greed driven puppeteers, the better. I've done my part in a uniform, and found no truth there at all. There is no honour in butchery. Love and acceptance heal: not guns and beligerence. A fine post Billy: for this site, and for the world. Ricky.
