I really like this post and I think Hans will too. Good title for too Chris. this would be pretty neat to see for oneself in person. Cruising in a boat through this narrow alleyway. <>

Chris, again a 'painting' from your hands, no I have to say, 'eyes'. Beautiful scene and well captured. Regards, Cornelius

gosh that is gorgeous - another one just like a painting! I would like this on my wall I think - very much in the style of photographs and paintings that I have already!

LOL on the commentary. ;) And I thought you posted it for me -- to whet my appetite for my trip this summer. Oh well, I am enjoying it anyway. It's a great shot and I can't wait to go there.

Hi Chris! This reminds me of your Venice Parking Post, except as much as I liked that image, and I did, I like this one even more. I think it's the way the building that is in shadow looks like a painting and yet the building in the sunlight is so crisp and clear..it's like there are two different views in one. Whatever the reason, it's one that kept me looking and I hope that Hans likes this and the one that Sabine posted for him also.

Calander quality Chris.... and i thank you for posting it in my name.
I am not here to get desktops, since i make my own, and i have more than i can ever use.. i am here to view the world.
You and Sabine does a great job in providing your surroundings, like Vienna, Croatia, Venice, and since a short while Graz to. This year, i will get back to your beautifull country Austria (Östenreich) and hope to amaze you with new views to your own country shot via the eye of a Dutchman from the low countries. (nothing here, but grass and clay grrr)
As you can see in the replies and views, i am not the only one enjoying your Venice pictures, so please continue posting them, thanks for this one.

Hans.
