I took this a while back and did not think much of it at the time. Its funny how sometimes you can see things in a different light when you look at them again. I like the way the sun coming into this grove of Douglas fir trees and leaves its warm light. A great place to think. Hope you enjoy this the first time.

Nice composition with the main path slightly to the right of center. I like the light coming through the trees, as well. You've really captured their grandeur. :)

A lovely composition! The way the sunlight is dappled through the trees, the grand height of the trees, the mysterious dark path, make for a very enjoyable piece.

Whoa! I got this image from VB and gave a high rating. I wondered who captured this, and wasn't surprised to find out that this is work, Paul. And as usual you did it very well. Great capture.

The lighting really makes this one, Paul, in addition to the fantastic details/textures seen in the tree bark! I also love the low vantage and the path that curves and goes out of view! Looks like we have a few paths in which to take... which did you choose? :) I think I'll ponder on the one to the right, as to where it will lead me..lol I'm so glad you decided to submit it! Faved.
