I was cutting through the deep woods trying to get to a waterfall when I came across a huge deep beautiful pond. Of coarse there are huge Rainbow trout swimming around everywhere and I dont have a fishing pole! I did have my camera though;) Enjoy

Paul, maybe you should have brought that cat with you and seen what he could have done. Some nice clear deep water you have in this pond and some big trout to fill it. Nice lighting and colours in your scene, though you've lost a little of the light in the bottom foreground. Good work and thanks for sharing.

It's a good job you didn't forget your camera Paul. Really beautiful colours here. It makes for a great desktop.

If you can't catch them with a fishing pole you sure can with a camera! :) Lovely shot..nice colors and clear underwater scene.

Paul - An eco-friendly catch here, using the camera rather than a fishing line to capture the fish. Good filter work to get the fish and stream bed so clearly. Thad

There are certain times in our lives, when swimming skills come in handy...so why do you need a fishin' pole? LOL. You can swim, right? You can always set the camera under a tree in a nice dry place, and get yourself enough a them trout to last a week a good eatin'. LOL. Nice find and capture, Paul.

That's Murphy's Law for you! When you finally get to see some great fish, you forget your pole. Wonderful shot of the clear water.

That is a beauty! I love the color of the water....those rainbows are just waiting for a juicy worm too! My son finds abandoned hooks and line along the shore....and can catch fish without a pole! He has been able to do that since he was 10! I don't know how the heck he does it....but he is the one who catches supper in our family! Lol...thought you would like that story.

Such a grand thing to come upon and with a camera too. You wouldn't really want to take any fish out of that lovely little pond would you? Terrific image.
