Shads. There may be boundaries here but I have a feeling that is not your style to stay within them. This is definitely not the path less taken. I suspect you are on that one next to this one. Excellent post by the way. There are lines going every which direction.
This looks a lot like the boardwalk at Magee Marsh near Oak Harbor. Do they do birding where this shot was taken? I love the colors and the clarity, as well as the lines. Very nice shot, John.

Well, John, this is a most peaceful and earthy photo. I like it very much. It gives a great forest//solitary feeling. It would be a most cherished place to take a leisurely stroll and smell the scents of the woods. Just lovely!! Verena
