Truth becomes fiction when the fictio''s true;
Real becomes not-real where the unreal's real.
Cao Zhan, Dream of the Red Chamber

Tell me your secrets
And ask me your questions
Oh, let's go back to the start

Running in circles
Coming up tails
Heads on a science apart
Coldplay, The Scientist

And the Raven, never flitting, still is sitting, still is sitting
On the pallid bust of Pallas just above my chamber door;
And his eyes have all the seeming of a demon's that is dreaming
And the lamp-light o'er him streaming throws his shadows on the floor;
And my soul from out that shadow that lies floating on the floor
Shall be lifted - nevermore!
Edgar Allan Poe, The Raven

“Look at me, ” he said, glancing down at his legs.“A wretched old man in a red monkey suit. A convicted murderer about to be gassed like an animal. And look at you. A fine young man with a beautiful education and a bright future. Where in the world did I go wrong? What happened to me? I've spent my life hating people, and look what I have to show for it. You, you don't hate anybody. And look where you're headed. We have the same blood. Why am I here?”
John Grisham, The Chamber

Requiem in D minor, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

Great quotes one and all John. I thought of John Grisham's book and the movie starring Gene Hackman and Chris O'Donnell right away.
Your creation looks like it has the Caedes emblem encased in it.
I like the way it seems to reflect in a pool of who knows what!
Superior work showing the various chambers of perhaps hell.

John, the quote of Edgar Allan Poe, de requiem in D minor van W.A. Mozart and the gray wether here make me feel somewhat down, in spite that I just had my morning coffee. Your, anyhow magnificent, render enhances this feeling, because I get the feeling that I'm a participant of a burial. Hope that the sunshine will be be back again, so that I change my depressive feeling into a more optimistic one.
Great post however!

Aha, you have discovered the inner sanctum of the great caedes mogul :)...a fascinating setting that no doubt holds many secrets...maybe even one or two of ours :)....as always, fitting, entertaining, and thought-provoking quotes to accompany...wonderful work, John.
