John, in the Dutch language a conservatory is only a higher education music school for future professional musicians. In the English language it has several meanings along the lines of veranda(h), orangery, greenhouse, glass house, and so on.
Since I presume that butterflies have no musical aspirations, it is not difficult to see what you have portrayed for us in a very artistic way.
Now we're waiting for the butterflies. Due to the excellent visual quality of this conservatory, I hope they will be enticed to take up residence here.
