I got a nice thunderstorm here in Florida and decided to go snap a few shots out front. Here is a nice flower with water droplets. They are called Plumeria (common name Frangipani).

Beautiful plumeria (is that the same as frangie pangie?) with very nice composition and color. The rain drops on them is great. Nicely done. Anita

I think it's Plumeria also. @: ) At Indiana University, they have a room called the Frangipani Room. I believe that's how it is spelled.

Okay, update... a search on Google brings up this:

The "frangie pangies"--actually "frangipanis" or plumeria trees

So it's actually all 3. Very interesting.

These tropical beauties are among my favorites (as is almost anything tropical!) and you've given us three of them, up close and personal and star-studded. I'm definitely going to get my plumeria scented cologne out of the cabinet today and put it on!

I love plumeria! It reminds me of Hawaii. Your capture with the raindrops and vivid colors is beautiful.

How lovely it is when unexpected blessings come into my life to cheer me up and put a smile into my heart. Help me to pass them on, dear Lord. Fay Angus
