She looks so dedicated. Just a great scene C. I like how you can see the nest through a sprinkling of grasses. Good capture.

I suppose she is sitting on breakfast, plan B. No eggs again. I guess I'll just chew on some of the grass stems for awhile. Very nice shot, Cornelius. I love the colors.

This is one bird that can really turn nasty if you disturb her but I see that you are well away. Very nice shot Cornelius and a rare one, too.

A stunning capture hear, I have never seen a swan on the nest before so thanks for that mate, a real corker of a shot.

Wow, Cornelius, I've never seen a swan on a nest before. All the swans we see round here fly here to fed during the day and then go back to their nests. Absolutely fantastic shot.

If swans are concerned I DID see one in the nest and another one attacking fiercely anything moving within the radius of 100 metres !!!
I was the target of attack plus my innocent Boris Boo boo.
This is shown in my gallery.
About yours - this is completely different mood and probably more tame=suave kind of bird.
I just saw it in VB and simply had to comment to make you see that this image IS very much appreciated - also by those displaying normally down-to-earth attitude toward life and nature LOL
