The detail in the stone work is stunning, Cornelius. Beautifully composed with the yellow tree adding color. I get a sense of place, (being in the picture) with the wall coming in on the right. Bravo.

Textures, lighting, shadows and color---throw them in the pot, stir them up and you have another grand composition by the retired SEA Captain.

Cornelius - Perhaps some of my ancestors stayed in one of the houses in their short stay in Zeeland after leaving Mannheim and prior to heading to New Netherlands. Wonderful composition! Thad

I love the comp and the colors but unlike Dunstickin, I dont like the inner white border and wanted to save it for desktop use but CS6 will not accept your JPEGS.
