In the 'PS' of the narrative of This One I said: "Because I got similar requests for some other of my B&W images, think that I'll post them in the future as colored versions too."

So, here's a colored version of my initially posted Ancient Shipyard B&W image.

This ancient shipyard is situated in Arnemuiden, a little town in Zeeland, The Netherlands.

I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB

Such a colourful scene - and it portays a different atmosphere to the B&W version.
Both have their own charm :)

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Lovely colors and all sorts of background action with the many tourists. I wouldn't even suggest cloning out the people...there wouldn't be anything left. Not sure but I think I like the B&W even better, and this one is excellent.

Dorothy Michaels: No, just Dorothy. Alan's always Alan, Tom's always Tom and John's always John. I have a name too. It's Dorothy, capital D-O-R-O-T-H-Y.

I really like this version not that the B&W isn't great it is. But the warm tones of woods on the ancient crafts really pop out on this one as well as that beautiful sky.

Mr C this is an outstanding post sir. That beautiful sky is only outdone by the colors of the boats. I cant decide which I like best. I have always been a big fan of b&w photography.
