Referring to the most recent comment of Lyn in THIS THREAD, hope that this B&W image will be a candidate entry for the Wednesday B&W Challenge within three weeks.

It's the B&W version of THIS ONE. The result of converting the colored version into a B&W has surprised me because it exudes a quite different mood. Hope you'll agree with me, and enjoy it as well.

Inb/w the dome is more clearly visible as the glare is not so strong. Nice one for the b/w challenge Cornelius.

I liked the coloured version very much but I believe this is even nicer Cornelius !
On the 'waiting list' for the BWC, Thank you :)

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

The colour seems to be better!...(For me anyhow)...but this is a doozie for the B&W contest

I like both shots, but the B&W tends to add a drama that you can't get with color. Additionally the black and white seems to emphasize the detail work. Fine shot, Cornelius, as always. Have you ever taken a bad shot?

Dorothy Michaels: No, just Dorothy. Alan's always Alan, Tom's always Tom and John's always John. I have a name too. It's Dorothy, capital D-O-R-O-T-H-Y.

Excellent work Mr. C. - I think I favor the B&W because the church dome is really more of the interest without the color of the landscape (if that makes any sense).

Mr C!!! You can't fool me. I SEE the chapel and yet you say it's hidden. Why are you confusing me?? I'm confused enough over here as it is:):):) Either way, that is a fabulous render!!:)
