This capture is taken in Brussels, Belgium, and shows the Royal Theater of La Monnaie.

To draw extra attention to the performances, a theme painting, divided into 7 equal sized panels, has been hung between the pillars.

The building itself is a treat for the eyes but the panels add to the impressive scene!

Your photos are so sharp and the color is excellent , as usual. That theme painting works so well here.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

This is really a beautiful building Mr C:):) I love the white gloved hands added, appearing over the top of the curtains:):) Did you see the electrical cord lying on the courtyard/walkway there. Two cords connected together running across the entire image. Just proving I looked at this hard:):):):)

It took a little bit of study to notice the white cartoon gloves in the third panel from the right, almost as though a Disney character was about to crawl over that flowing ridge (although, since this is Belgium it's more likely Spirou). Love the art and the architecture, both prominent in my multi-decade career.
