Looks like a carnival was ongoing - I see a Ferris wheel on the left - it's a great spot for shooting night or day!

My! what an awesome scene, and what a huge Ferris wheel there on the left. What I like about a lot of your photos is there are no cars around, just folks out viewing the beautiful of the cities.
